Study Visit to Africa by Dr. Hakan Ergin

Dr. Hakan Ergin paid a study visit to Addis Ababa from 13 to 18 April 2026. During the visit, he addressed academics, diplomats, journalists and students at the African Union on “Equitable Partnerships in International Higher Education.” He also met with Berk Baran, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Addis Ababa and Permanent Representative to the African Union, to discuss ways to strengthen higher education partnerships in Africa.
